This study aimed to identify the effect of employing the IQ Learning platform on developing physical inquiry skills among fifth-grade science students. To achieve the research objective, the researcher adopted an experimental method with two equivalent groups (experimental and control). The experimental group was taught using the IQ Learning platform, while the control group was taught using the traditional method. The research sample consisted of 80 fifth-grade science students from one of the secondary schools affiliated with the General Directorate of Education in Al-Qadisiyah Governorate during the academic year 2025–2026. The sample was divided into 40 students in the experimental group and 40 students in the control group. To measure physical inquiry skills, the researcher developed a test consisting of 30 multiple-choice items. The validity and reliability of the test were verified, and its psychometric properties were established. After the completion of the experiment, which lasted ten weeks, the post-test was administered to both research groups. The results revealed a statistically significant difference at the 0.05 significance level between the mean scores of the two groups on the physical inquiry skills test in favor of the experimental group. This indicates the effectiveness of employing the IQ Learning platform in developing physical inquiry skills among fifth-grade science students. In light of these findings, the researcher recommended the necessity of integrating the IQ Learning platform into the teaching of physics and science, training teachers to design electronic learning activities based on scientific inquiry, and conducting further studies on different educational variables using the platform.
