This study's overarching goal is to confirm the zero hypothesis's validity in order to determine how using the brainstorming technique impacts the performance of fourth grade scientific students in physics. At the 0.05 level of significance, there is no statistically significant difference between the two groups' average degrees: those in the experimental group who studied physics through brainstorming and those in the control group who studied the same material the conventional way.Using a partially controlled experimental curriculum, the researcher selected Al -Hikma Secondary School for Boys from the list of middle and high schools in Maysan Governorate that are part of the General Directorate of Education. Over the course of eight weeks, during the first half of the 2024–2025 school year, during the first five classes of the required physics textbook, the experiment was conducted with two groups of students, and the total number of participants reached sixty. Thirty students made up the experimental group, thirty made up the control group, and all of the study groups met the criteria for the variables (age, months lived, and prior physics degree). The researcher developed the research instrument, the achievement test, to validate the research objective. The physics achievement test. Prior to administering the test to the sample, its validity and reliability were confirmed. When the trial was over, the data were run through SPSS for statistical analysis (24). What followed from the findings were these:The experimental group performed better on the Physics accomplishment test than the control group, with a difference between the two groups being statistically significant at the 0.05 level. The researcher draws several conclusions and makes several suggestions based on this, such as: - Incorporating brainstorming into physics lessons. - Additional experimental studies involving diverse participants and research designs.
