The number of scale items was (26) items. The research sample consisted of (400) male and female employees, selected using the random method. The reliability coefficient of the emotional labor scale was calculated using Cronbach’s alpha (0.85) and split-half reliability (0.78). After collecting the data and processing it statistically using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS), the results appeared as follows:1- The new employees have a high level of emotional labor.2- There is no statistically significant difference in emotional labor according to the gender variable (males, females), and educational attainment (bachelor’s, postgraduate studies), and there is no statistically significant interaction between the two variables (gender and specialization). In light of the results of the study, a number of recommendations and suggestions were established.
