Scoring from outside the penalty area is a crucial element for changing the outcome of matches. This is considered one of the best attacking methods, especially when penetrating the opponent's penalty area is difficult and the opposing team's defense is tight. In this case, powerful and accurate shots from outside the penalty area become a solution for individual players. However, most players worldwide have one dominant foot and one weaker foot, which negatively impacts both individual and team performance. Therefore, it is essential to strengthen the weaker foot through specific exercises. Continuous training is required to achieve high accuracy in scoring. The researcher observed weaknesses in shooting with the non-dominant foot through his field experience as a football player and his observation of football matches. Therefore, the researcher decided to study this problem and develop suitable solutions by creating a training program aimed at developing certain physical and technical abilities that significantly improve scoring from outside the penalty area with the weaker foot. The researcher used the experimental method as it is one of the best and most suitable methods for achieving optimal results because it deals with the influencing phenomenon and its causes by comparing the pre-test and post-test. The method was applied to a group of students from a diverse secondary school. The results showed significant differences between the pre-test and post-test in favor of the post-test, indicating that accuracy had improved compared to before the pre-test. The researcher attributes this improvement to the effectiveness of shooting the ball to focus on shooting accuracy.
