Abstract

The Islamic law has taken care of mosques and clarified the rules related to them, including the matter of planting trees in the mosque. This research addresses the rules concerning planting trees in the mosque, when it is permissible to do so, and when it is prohibited. In fact, the imam may uproot trees if they pose a danger to the worshippers. Additionally, the issue of the fruits produced by mosque trees is discussed, including their permissibility for consumption and who is entitled to receive these fruits. Trees planted outside the mosque do not have the same ruling as those planted within the mosque
