This study represents a jurisprudential and legal research concerned with dispelling the apparent contradiction between Quranic verses related to the rulings on divorce. It employs a methodology based on reconciling the texts and linking them to the opinions of jurists, while adhering to the rules of reasoning and preference according to the Hanafi school. The treatise revolves around a number of fundamental issues, most notably: demonstrating the coherence of the divorce verses and showing that the apparent differences stem from the diversity of circumstances and events, not from any contradiction in the texts. The study also addresses the rulings on the waiting period for women who have not menstruated, the permissibility of khul' (divorce initiated by the wife) and revocation of divorce, and the ruling on the third divorce. It reviews the differing approaches of jurists in deriving rulings and discusses the occurrence and number of divorces based on the principles of the Hanafi school, relying on the statements of prominent exegetes and jurists to demonstrate the consistency of Islamic legislation. The methodology of this work is manifested in identifying the point of contention, examining the relevant verses, interpreting them according to linguistic and contextual principles, and then presenting the various schools of Islamic jurisprudence and weighing the evidence in accordance with the principles of the Hanafi school. This treatise is classified among the works on "problematic verses of the Qur'an," which address perceived contradictions, employing interpretive tools and legal principles to formulate a comprehensive and coherent understanding of the religious texts
