Abstract

This research aims to elucidate the stylistic features upon which the poet relies in the mechanisms of his creative texts, and how he masters the individual word, molding it into a fitting form and a standard that grants the word its linguistic weight when employed. It examines how the poet employs words carrying multiple connotations, including Quranic and mythological ones, in a symbolic form that allows the reader to resonate with these words and their inherent literary beauty. This confirms the assertion that style is the creative and aesthetic method of conveying meaning in general, and that each poet has his own unique approach, exploring the hidden depths of beauty within these methods, revealing these styles to the reader, and explaining the reasons for their use after revealing their connection to reality. Based on these aesthetic qualities, it becomes clear that Mushtaq Hamid's style is characterized by its expressive weight, in addition to the aesthetically pleasing structure of the text, which is interconnected in its ideas. The reader appreciates this from the title to the conclusion, finding a harmonious spirit among its four elements. The research also reveals the poet's divisions within his collection, "Confessions of a Violin".
